Orders within the United States:
Items are shipped to our customers via USPS 2-day priority mail. We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for all items purchased.
International Orders:
We ship to virtually any address in the world. There are some products that cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you live outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please email us: info@wellness-spring.org
We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose.
Returns:
You may return unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error, we will also pay for shipping. We process refunds within 1 week after we have received the returned item.
In addition, you must return the item to us. We suggest that you get a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. We can’t give a refund for your items if your package is lost by your shipping carrier. All returns should be shipped to:
